Note: the Paris Museum Pass does not allow you to access temporary exhibitions in museums, monuments or guided tours.
For cancellations 7 days prior to scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee. Between 3 and 6 days before the scheduled departure, a 50% fee will be charged. For cancellations within 2 days, a 100% fee is charged.
Absence of right of withdrawal, Exchange and Refund
All online purchase of tickets (E-Ticket) are firm and final. As soon as the order of an Access Ticket (E-Ticket) has been validated and confirmed, we remind you that after the confirmation of your purchase, the tickets cannot be exchanged, modified or refunded. In accordance with article 121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the Customer does not have the right of withdrawal on the purchase, in the event of impediment.
Closures and exceptional events (strikes, security, holidays, etc.) do not imply the right to extend the term, nor to the refund of one or more days.
