For cancellations from 1 month to 7 days before the scheduled departure, you will be charged a 30% fee. From 7 days to 48 hours before the scheduled departure, you will be charged a 50% fee. For cancellations less than 48 hours, you will be charged a 75% fee. On the same day, a 100% fee is charged at your expense.

All online purchases of tickets (E-Ticket) are firm and final. As soon as the order of an Access Ticket (E-Ticket) has been validated and confirmed, we remind you that after the confirmation of your purchase, the tickets cannot be exchanged, modified, or refunded.
