For cancellations 7 days prior to scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee. Between 3 and 6 days before the scheduled departure, a 50% fee will be charged. For cancellations within 2 days, a 100% fee is charged.

As soon as the order of an Access Ticket (E-Ticket) has been validated and confirmed, we remind you that after the confirmation of your purchase, the tickets cannot be exchanged, modified, or refunded.
